- Enhanced Welcome Amenity
- IHG Rewards Club Booking Benefits
- Standards Update (IHG® Rewards Club)
- Guest Arrivals Reports Enhancements
- Stay Preferences best practice for Special Codes
Action: Visit Merlin for details. Prepare to implement the new IHG Rewards Club Booking Benefits policy on 1 January 2017 and respond to questions.

Action: IHG® Employee Room Benefit Programme: Inventory Process Enhancement
IHG will continue to pre-load inventory for the IHG® Employee Room Benefit Programme each night for each hotel in 2017. Please note, the employee rate tier structure for 2017 will not change.
Action: Hotels with occupancy > 98% (for 100+ days for 12 months preceding September 30) can request to have their number of pre-loaded rooms reduced. Review your STAR and PMS reports. If you meet the criteria, you can submit an Inventory Reduction Request Form (by December 9) to have your pre-loaded employee rooms reduced.
