Guests are looking for ways to customise their travel experience and we want to exceed their expectations. With Guest Stay Preferences, guests can tell us their preferences when booking, so you can deliver a more personalised experience. It's important to prepare for and verbally acknowledge every request on arrival, even if you can't fulfil it, as this being measured through HeartBeat.
